Customer Success is vital to our organizational goals. We succeed when our clients derive lasting value from our solutions and services. We are seeking a Customer Success Mgmt Associate to serve as a customer advocate empowering clients to achieve their goals using Moodys View solutions. This role takes a proactive strategic approach to ensure mutual success for both clients and Moodys Analytics.
You will collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders to develop client strategies map the customer journey and enhance the overall customer experience. The role also involves continuous assessment of client health and providing strategic guidance and product insights.
