Primary Care Physician Internal or Family Medicine Full-Time Outpatient
- Location : Foster Medical Pavilion - 5215 N California Ave Chicago IL 60625
What you will need:
- License:Illinois Medical License or License Pending
- Certification:The successful candidate for this position will have completed an Internal or Family Medicine. residency and be board certified/eligible by the American Board of Internal/Family Medicine.
- Pay Range: $222369 - $356709 - As a valued member of an integrated team your placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to FTE prior experience certifications degrees subspecialties projected volumes and quality performance.
What you will do:
- Development of a clinical practice.
- A minimum of 34 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month which are a subset of the 34 bookable hours to include morning/evening/weekend hours.
- Participation in weekend and weekday call.
- Teaching of the house staff and medical students as assigned.
