Primary Care Physician (PCP)

Salary and Benefits
- Base salary of $240000 $260000
- Signing bonus up to $50000 or $100000 forgivable loan
- Bonus potential up to $20000 in year one with increases upon partnership
- Partnership track (no buy-in) typically within 1218 months; 65% achieve partnership in one year and earn over $300000 annually
- 33 days of paid time off

- $3500 CME allowance plus 1 week of CME time

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality value-based primary care to senior patients with 35 chronic conditions
- Manage a small patient panel with a maximum of 450 patients
- See approximately 18 patients per day
- Maintain a MondayFriday schedule 7:30 AM 5:00 PM (last patient at 4:15 PM)
- Perform 100% outpatient care with no nights or weekends
- Utilize administrative time built into schedule
- Collaborate with a dedicated care team including your own medical assistant and scheduler
- Coordinate with in-house consulting specialists (e.g. cardiology podiatry) and holistic health services
- Participate in a mission-driven model focused on VIP senior care
Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
- Clear and active medical license in the State of Florida or ability to obtain prior to start
- Commitment to value-based care principles
- Passion for serving senior populations in a team-based environment
