Were seeking someone to join our team as an Operations Manager for Print & Distribution to manage service operations across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will provide oversight of the vendors delivering services to ensure they are maintaining high service standards and providing accurate reporting in compliance with contractual obligations. The successful candidate will also assist with implementing technology solutions and process improvements that drive efficiency and mitigate operational risks. This role will report to the EMEA Head of Print & Distribution working closely with regional and global teams.

In the Corporate Services division we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. This is a Director level position within Ancillary Support which is responsible for providing support services such as facilities and office management print and travel.

What youll do in the role:
Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure consistent service quality adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contractual obligations. Ensure our vendors provide accurate and timely monthly and quarterly reporting including detailed expense and variance analysis. Production of summaries and dashboards using this and other data for senior management and business units.
Provide project management support maintain project plans and track deliverables create presentations and documentation to support client recommendations.
Maintain relationships with business units and internal stakeholders such as Technology Real Estate Health & Safety Corporate Security Information Security and Risk teams to understand business needs and deliver solutions.
Develop an operational discipline of risk management and awareness and build strategies to mitigate Technology Information Security and Operational risks to reduce overall risk profile.
Partner with regional and global colleagues to develop the strategic plan for services in order to ensure services are delivered consistently and adhere to operating standards policies and procedures with respect to Technology Asset Management and physical Information Security.
Participate in RFPs and contract review processes working with Sourcing and vendors to define the services including scope deliverables SLAs KPIs and costs.

What youll bring to the role:
At least 4 years relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
Solid business acumen.
Experience in vendor management roles and customer relationship roles; Print & Distribution Management service background is an advantage.
Strong execution skills with an attention to detail and excellent time and project management skills; Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills; Comfortable interacting with various stakeholders of all levels and locations explaining complex technical matters in simple language for end users.
An aptitude for technology and an understanding of technology infrastructure and networks.
Ability to work with complexity and ambiguity to propose logical solutions to problems.
