Description
Are you a licensed School Psychologist seeking flexibility autonomy and purpose If so join our team as anIndependent Contractorproviding direct psychological services to students ages 521 in Cecil County Public Schools. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with educators while maintaining control over your schedule and workload.
Location: Cecil County Public Schools Maryland
Compensation: up to $90 per hour
Employment Type:Contract (1099)
Schedule: 8:15 am - 3:45 pm or 7:30 am - 3:30 pm depending on the school.
What Youll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations using standardized assessments interviews observations and FBAs.
- Deliver clear professional reports and communicate findings to families and school teams.
- Collaborate with educators and administrators to design and monitor evidence-based interventions.
- Provide crisis intervention and participate in student support/emergency response teams.
- Maintain professional standards and stay current with best practices in school psychology.

Qualifications
- Active PDE Educational Specialist Certification in School Psychology
- Experience working in school settings with diverse student populations.
- Strong written communication and time management skills.
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of current research-based professional practices in school psychology and education.
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Physical Requirements: Some walking sitting and standing. Some lifting and/or managing resistance required
