Job Description
McLaren Medical Group - McLaren Flint Hospital is looking for an OB - this would be for 24 hour call coverage only no clinic. Need will be ongoing.
Trauma Level III hospital
Patients per day: 5
Support staff: hospital staff
CERNER
Nursery Level I
*Please Note:
Car fuel mileage hotel is a $150 cap (including taxes)rental must be refueled before being returned
McLaren does NOT reimburse Med Staff Fees
No lodging booked through 3rd party websites ie expedia kayak etc
McLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodging
Malpractice rates MUST be included in the rate
Orientation rate is 1/2 the hourly rate
ALL providers for McLaren Flint are to stay at the McLaren Flint Hospitality House only. Prior approval is required for alternate lodging.

Site uses reverse billing - provider must clock in/out using Kronos - no timesheets will be approved
Requirement description :
- ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR
- Board Certified OBGYN (No BE) - REQUIRED
- MI License & CSR at Submission - REQUIRED at time of clear no exceptions - not accepting IMLC
- BLS - REQUIRED
- Provider must be local - REQUIRED no exceptions
- Must have clean background for quick credentialing- REQUIRED no exceptions
- Please submit rates at time of name clear - REQUIRED will not send to client without rates
- Please provide all availability if not available for listed dates about - REQUIRED
- DEA - Verbal Confirmation REQUIRED at Name Clear
- Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel & Expense policy between McLaren Health Care & AHSA.

a. Flu vaccine for 24-25 season
b. Covid documentation - If 24-25 booster has not been received a declination is needed
c. TB - 2 step skin test within 12 months or Quantiferon within the last 6 months
d. TB Questionnaire
e. Hep B - titer with quantifiable numbers or declination
f. MMR - vaccine series or titers with quantifiable numbers
g. Varicella - vaccine series or titers with quantifiable numbers
h. TDAP - adult vaccine (within the last 10 years)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Michigan
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : BLS Board Certified - Hep B MMR Varicella - vaccine series or immune titer Flu - for current flu season Covid Documentation TB - within 12 months TDAP - adult vaccine (within the last 10 years)
