Cultivate enduring relationships with patients and their families becoming a trusted healthcare partner.
Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of specialists and allied health professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.
Actively participate in initiatives focused on quality improvement patient safety and population health.
Mentor and educate medical students and residents contributing to the development of future healthcare leaders.
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records within our advanced electronic medical record system.

Who Were Looking For:

An MD or DO degree from an accredited program.
Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
Current or eligible medical licensure in Massachusetts.
A strong commitment to patient advocacy and health equity within a diverse community.
Exceptional communication interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Prior experience in a community-based or academic practice setting.
A demonstrated interest in quality improvement population health or medical education.
A passion for addressing social determinants of health and advancing health equity.
