About the role:
The Implementation Manager owns the end-to-end delivery of AI Voice and Chat solutions for credit unions and banks. As the primary point of contact during the project lifecycle the Implementation Manager ensures customers are guided aligned and supported from kickoff through go-live. This role blends project management customer engagement and light technical knowledge to ensure successful on-time implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead kickoff and working sessions to define goals timelines and success metrics
- Build and manage detailed project plans coordinating across SMEs engineering and the customer
- Proactively identify risks or delays and communicate status updates to stakeholders
- Translate customer requirements into actionable tasks for the delivery team
- Ensure all testing feedback and go-live checklists are completed
- Support post-go-live handoff to Customer Success and/or Optimization teams
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally to improve implementation processes
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 years in implementation project management or onboarding roles preferably in SaaS
- Strong communication organization and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in cross-functional teams involving product support and technical teams
- Comfort with technical tools and concepts even if not hands-on (e.g. APIs authentication telephony)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize with confidence
- A relevant degree from a reputable University
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fintech credit unions or contact center technology
- Familiarity with conversational AI platforms telephony or UCaaS systems
- Knowledge of project tools like GuideCX Asana JIRA or similar
