The Role:
As Solution Architect you will show professionalism and flexibility be continuously learning and act as a role model for our juniors and our clients.
Your role responsibilities will also be to;
- Prepare and lead Requirement Gathering Workshops with key stakeholders for medium to high-complexity projects.
- Create own and interpret Process Maps for medium to high complexity projects.
- Ensure that all Epics & user stories are written utilizing behavior-driven development (BDD) and capture all the requirements for solution build.
- Define configurations requirements and create work breakdown actions for the team to complete.
- Validate compliance to design standards and deliverables of key artifacts at the right time > review deliverables produced by the team ensure unit testing has been completed and provide feedback and direction.
- Manage and prioritize project backlog for medium to high complexity projects.
- Ensure overall solution design integrity and completeness.
- Deliver and maintain Key Design Decision recommendations and formulate options pros and cons on medium to high1complexity projects.
- Identify and discuss potential risks to a project and own possible risk mitigations.
- Complete mandatory training and maintain certification level.
- Participate in DXC Technology added value activities outside regular client work.
Experience:
- Bachelors degree level or higher
- 5 years working in the Salesforce ecosystem with demonstrable experience delivering large-scale Salesforce projects.
Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1
- Data Architect
- Sharing and Visibility Architect
- Accredited Professional Public Sector Solutions (preferred)
- Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant Consultant (preferred)
