Job Description
Job Title: SAP Payroll Functional Expert ( Atlanta GA / Minneapolis MN ) F2F Interview & Locals only
Type: 1-Year Contract to Hire
Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP Functional Payroll Expert to join our team. This role demands deep expertise in SAP Payroll for complex enterprise environments and the ability to lead the full lifecycle of payroll solutions - from requirements definition to post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical definition of requirements system design configuration and end-to-end testing.
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications Agile stories and acceptance criteria.
Configure and develop complex payroll solutions in SAP HCM.
Design and maintain schemas PCRs wage types and ensure country-specific payroll compliance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR Finance and IT teams for seamless payroll operations.
Utilize strong ABAP skills for custom payroll functions and debugging.
Ensure timely issue resolution with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
Proven expert-level knowledge in SAP Payroll within complex enterprise environments.
Deep understanding of system capabilities and payroll business processes.
Strong skills in statutory payroll compliance and country-specific regulations.
Demonstrated end-to-end project leadership in payroll implementations.
