Job Description
Location: Brenham TX 77833
Shift: 12 HR Nights 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and prioritize patient and family needs.
- Develop implement and continuously evaluate patient-centered care plans.
- Provide compassionate and professional support to patients and families during the labor and delivery process.
- Educate patients families and the community on health conditions treatments and preventive care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
- Delegate tasks appropriately and ensure timely follow-up.
- Actively participate in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards hospital policies and professional nursing ethics.
- Contribute to team development and mentor peers when necessary.
- Participate in community service and promote health awareness.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN license in the state of Texas.
- BLS certification required (or must obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience Required.
