RN- Med Surg (Permanent Role)

Location: Lakeway TX 78738
Shift: 12 HR Nights 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)

• Perform detailed clinical assessments and identify patient/family needs.
• Develop implement and continuously evaluate individualized care plans.
• Educate patients families and community members on healthcare decisions and wellness.
• Document care and learning needs consistently and accurately.
• Foster therapeutic relationships with patients and families through empathy professionalism and effective communication.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and effective care.
• Safely delegate responsibilities and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Prioritize safety quality and efficiency in all aspects of care delivery.
• Support team members promote teamwork and participate in professional development.
• Demonstrate a commitment to community service and continual learning.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or must obtain within 30 days of hire.
