Job Description
Location: Brenham TX 77833
Shift: 12 HR Nights 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)
- Deliver comprehensive patient care in an acute care setting
- Monitor and assess patient conditions recording vital signs and symptoms
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current active RN license in the state of Texas
- BLS certification required (must be obtained within 30 days of hire if not already certified)
