Job Description
Job Title: Azure DevOps Engineer
Location: Bangalore
Job Description:
We are looking for 2-4 years experienced DevOps Engineers for 1st and 1.5 Level Supporter to join our this role you will be responsible for providing Azure DevOps support to developers and testers. You will serve as a key point of contact for issue resolution and service requests ensuring seamless IT service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1st and 1.5 level application support to internal developers and testers.
- Manage incidents and service requests primarily through ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) occasionally via phone or Microsoft Teams.
- Support an internally developed Azure DevOps Server-based application service with full-service coverage.
- Follow defined work instructions process documentation and contribute to an evolving internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate closely with team members and escalate to 2nd level expert teams when necessary.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolution details clearly and accurately.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Must-Have:
- Strong interest or background in Information Technology (IT).
- Practical experience with Azure DevOps Server.
- Experience in writing the CI/CD pipelines in Azure
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Logical and structured thinking with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Team player with a willingness to work in a collaborative international environment.
- Solid documentation skills.
Need-to-Have:
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow).
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with internal Siemens tools and workflows.
Certifications:
- ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification preferred
