D365 CRM Senior Technology Lead
Job Summary
Infosys is seeking a CRM Senior Technology Lead to drive end-to-end CRM solution delivery including architecture design development and integration. This role requires strong leadership hands-on technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead CRM implementations and upgrades (Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions
- Design scalable CRM architectures and integration strategies
- Oversee development testing and deployment of CRM modules
- Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices
- Manage project timelines deliverables and client communications
- Support production systems and troubleshoot CRM-related issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- 8 years of IT experience with 5 years in CRM technologies
- Proven experience with Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics or Siebel CRM
- Strong understanding of CRM data models APIs and integration tools
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hartford CT and work in a hybrid model
