Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Wednesday flexible during client business hours Northern Territory Australia (ACST)
We are looking for a Phorest Booking & Marketing Specialist to help us fully utilize the features of our spa software. Your main goal will be to increase client bookings retention and engagement through optimized system use marketing campaigns and client rewards.
Manage and upgrade our Phorest booking system features
Improve online booking flow and optimize the Book Now feature on the website
Set up automated SMS/email marketing campaigns
Utilize Phorest s Facebook ad and review tools to boost visibility
Track and enhance client engagement retention and loyalty
Create promotions gift cards and client rewards using Phorest tools
Collaborate with marketing and web teams to align campaigns across platforms
Support AI feature rollouts and prepare for future Phorest AI integrations
Requirements
In-depth experience with Phorest (or similar booking/CRM software)
Understanding of automated email/SMS marketing
Ability to analyze client data and adjust strategies
Comfortable using Facebook Ads Manager
Bonus: knowledge of AI automation tools and customer loyalty strategies
Strong communication and client-centered mindset
