Manufacturing Supervisor:
Establishes functional business plans and technical project objectives to meet the short- and long- term goals of the production organization.
Leads employees and/or production departments in various manufacturing or product development support areas.
Leads employees responsible for manufacturing product design/ implementation of production area processes.
Directs and leads resources to implement tactical business plans and department programs/ projects.
Develops and implements solutions to department issues.
Oversees day-to-day manufacturing operations.
Ensures all SOPs safety procedures and administrative tasks are performed on time and correctly by all direct-reports.
Works closely with Manufacturing Manager to increase safety quality and efficiency by making and tracking metrics and leading cross-department initiatives to drive site improvements. Consistently demonstrates and upholds Agilent Core Values. Understands Agilents overall mission and be able to deliver that message and results to direct reports. Provide coaching and mentorship to direct reports. Work in cross-functional teams for continuous site improvement. Assists in interviewing hiring and onboarding process for Manufacturing department.
Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:00 pm - 1:30 am
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters Degree or equivalent plus directly relevant experience
1 years of experience as a manager supervisor and/or lead individual contributor in an FDA regulated GMP facility; 2 years of experience will be helpful
Demonstrated leadership in a chemical/manufacturing production environment
Experience drafting reviewing and completing SOPs Change Controls Non-Conformance Records CAPAs and KPIs
Demonstrated ability to lead and drive the execution of processes projects and tactical initiatives.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least August 19 2025 or until the job is no longer posted.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $105280.00 - $164500.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
