Schedule: MondayFriday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Overtime as needed; initial training on mid-shift 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift. In this hands-on role you will be responsible for maintaining troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical production equipment to ensure maximum uptime efficiency and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production machinery and plant systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Install modify and service electrical wiring conduits and control systems in an industrial setting.
- Interpret mechanical and electrical schematics blueprints and technical drawings.
- Assist with fabrication plumbing welding and other general maintenance tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA fire and electrical safety codes as well as company safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members management and vendors to support smooth plant operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and required safety training.
- Complete mandatory monthly online safety courses.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience or a combination of technical school training and hands-on work experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems including AC/DC motor control PLCs pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Proven ability to read schematics and perform detailed troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with networked systems and industrial computer hardware/software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume production environment.
