The Product Specialist serves as the primary expert on specific products or product lines providing in-depth knowledge to internal teams clients and stakeholders. This role bridges the gap between product development marketing and sales ensuring that products meet customer needs and achieve business objectives. The Product Specialist analyzes market trends gathers feedback and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance product features positioning and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned products or product lines.
Provide product training and support to sales marketing and customer service teams.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with product development teams to define requirements and improvements.
Assist in creating product marketing materials and sales enablement tools.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address product issues and feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business marketing engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in product management sales support or related roles.
Strong communication presentation and problem-solving skills.
