About the Role
We are seeking a fluent Russian speaker to join our customer support team in Porto. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries ensuring a high level of service and resolving issues efficiently.
Work Schedule

Monday to Sunday 10:0019:00

2 rotational days off per week

Possibility of extended hours: 09:0021:00 (rotational shifts)
Salary & Benefits

Base salary: 1000 gross/month 14 months

Language bonus: 1000 for Russian

Requirements

Native-level or fluent Russian (C2)

Good English communication skills

Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities

EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
