Job Description
Controlled Products Systems Group (CPSG) an affiliate of Chamberlain Group is a one-stop distributor of access control and perimeter security products for professional dealers and installers across residential commercial and industrial markets. This role is in the CPSG Operations function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Perform assigned warehouse tasks utilizing standard work and policies in order to ensure highest levels of safety and quality and (ii) Assist customers with order pickup; complete deliveries of inventory to customer locations; may provide basic customer service functions. Requires 0-2 years of relevant work experience and a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Job Summary
Perform assigned warehouse tasks utilizing standard work and policies in order to ensure highest levels of safety and quality
Assist customers with order pickup; complete deliveries of inventory to customer locations; may provide basic customer service functions
May process UPS shipments daily in some locations
Assist with handling incoming telephone inquiries and other administrative duties as requested
Acquire knowledge regarding a clean and safe working environment safety security company standards in the distribution center
Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner in order ensure little to no accidents
Contribute process suggestions in order to continuously improve warehouse operations
Fully contribute to continuous improvement events to improve operations
Identify deviations in the process and immediately notify supervisor in order to correct issue
Report company equipment and infrastructure damage to ensure repairs occur in order to minimize safety risk
This position requires regular and predictable on-site attendance and the ability to work the particular shift and/or schedule to which you are assigned as well as additional hours as needed
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams
Protect CPSGs reputation by keeping information confidential
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops professional publications establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Education/Certifications:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Proficiency in Spanish

The pay range for this position is $16.06 - $22.62/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including but not limited to the position offered location education training and/or addition to base pay also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
