Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Execution: Drive sales of PMS and AIF products within the assigned region achieving quarterly and annual targets.
2. Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distribution partners to maximize business growth.
3. Channel Support: Work closely with distribution partners and financial advisors to expand market reach and ensure effective product penetration.
4. Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities andpartnerships to increase sales footprint.
5. Customer Engagement: Facilitate client meetings product presentations andprovide expert advisory support to nurture long-term relationships.
6. Reporting & MIS: Provide timely and accurate sales reports market feedbackand competitor intelligence to senior management.
7. Compliance & Governance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatoryrequirements and company policies.
8. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing product and operations to deliver seamless customer experience and support sales initiatives.
