  • Minimumof10yearsinseniorHRleadershiprolesincludingaHeadofHRorequivalentposition.
  • ExperienceinfinancialservicesFinTechorothersimilarhighlyregulatedenvironment.
  • Provenexperienceinleadingorganisationalchangeandtransformationparticularlyinapost-mergeroracquisitionenvironment.
  • AtrackrecordofelevatingtheHRfunctionintoatrustedbusinesspartner.
  • DemonstratedsuccessininfluencingandengagingattheBoardlevel.
  • Experiencedesigningandimplementingremunerationandrewardframeworks.
