Position Details
Location: Montagne du Parc 3 1000 Brussels (Hybrid some onsite presence required)
Assignment Context
You will be part of a multidisciplinary Brand Squad working in an agile environment. The team handles internal and external communications around Employer Branding Sponsoring and Engagement. You will report to the Chapter Lead Storytelling.
Key Responsibilities

Translate marketing briefings into creative concepts tailored to specific audiences

Write compelling content across formats: social media emails internal news speeches scripts web pages etc.

Collaborate with the video team on creative concepts and scripts

Simplify and communicate complex messages in engaging ways

Repurpose content across different channels and formats

Use AI tools to enhance content creation

Work closely with designers and stakeholders to ensure seamless content integration
Language Requirements

Dutch: Native (excellent written and verbal skills)

French: Very good (able to work in multilingual meetings and adapt/translate content from FR to NL)

English: Good (able to adapt/translate content from EN to NL)
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Communication Journalism Literature or related field

At least 15 years of experience in storytelling/copywriting

Strong portfolio showcasing both short-form and long-form copy
-
Experience integrating SEO into content
