Avanti Restaurant Solutions a successful privately held $100M company is seeking a Compliance professional to support our expanding project operations across the country. This individual will be responsible for managing and improving all aspects of project and corporate compliance-from contracts and OCIP/CCIP tracking to prevailing wage documentation and vendor management.

- Experience with prequalification platforms and insurance tracking systems
- Knowledge of lien waivers OCIP/CCIP processes and prevailing wage regulations is a plus
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Contract Project & Insurance Compliance
- Review contracts for compliance requirements and coordinate internal fulfillment
- Request track and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
- EnrollprojectsinOCIP/CCIPprogramsmanagecloseoutsandcoordinatewithinsuranceforrate adjustments
- Maintain internal tracking systems for compliance documentation
- Manage lien waiver submissions including unconditional releases upon payment
- Oversee Levelset/pre-lien filing process
- Clear compliance holds in billing systems (e.g. Textura)
Prevailing Wage & Labor Reporting
- Enroll in and support compliance with prevailing wage programs
- Represent Avanti at prevailing wage and PLA compliance meetings
- Collaborate with HR to ensure timely submission of wage reports
- Maintain and update labor rate sheets
- Coordinate union forms and communication
Prequalification & Licensing
- Manage prequalification submissions and renewals relieving Project Assistants of this responsibility
- Maintain updated reference lists and prequal tracking systems (Salesforce or equivalent)
- Handle city and state business license filings
- Complete informational forms vendor setups and compliance documentation for subcontractors
- Manage and update subcontractor Master Agreements
- Renew DIR numbers
Bonds Safety & Miscellaneous Compliance
- Request bid performance and payment bonds
- Submit and maintain OSHA logs IIPP EMR and other safety records
- Ensure all subs and project teams are clear to be on-site by scheduled dates
- File with Secretary of State as needed
- Support internal audits and sales tax filings (as capacity allows)
This is a full-time exempt position.
Title and level will depend on experience (Specialist or Manager)
Salary range: $70000 - $120000
