Key Responsibilities
- Design and development of analog and mixed-signal circuits for 3D NAND Flash memory.
- Ownership of core building blocks such as bias generators voltage regulators charge pumps reference circuits and temperature sensor.
- Contribute to top-level integration and verification for analog IP blocks.
- Collaborate closely with layout engineers to ensure physical design meets performance power and area goals.
- Perform circuit simulations silicon debug and post-silicon characterization.
- Conduct power integrity analysis including IR drop and electromigration checks for robust analog block design.
- Interface with cross-functional teams including process test reliability and product engineering for successful tapeout and ramp to production.
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 10 years of relevant experience with a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; advanced degree is a plus.
- Strong understanding of analog circuit design fundamentals (matching noise stability etc.).
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools for circuit design and simulation (e.g. Cadence Virtuoso Spectre HSPICE Primesim).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience working in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in 3D NAND Flash memory or other non-volatile memory design.
- Experience with power analysis IR drop analysis and power integrity tools.
Additional Information :
The compensation range for this role is $136750 - $232630. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills experience qualifications and geographic location.
