This is a non-union positionDevelop strategies and integrated plans with a focus on achievable timeframes and end-user adoption and sustainment.
Demonstrate success in building relationships among functional and technical stakeholders for understanding and planning work.
Facilitate scope definition with the business and clarify level of support required of the team.
Assess changes and stakeholder impacts resulting from initiatives and projects.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage risks issues and interdependencies.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
Track and report on progress towards meeting scope budget and timeline requirements.
Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior management and other key partners.
Provide coaching and support to leaders and teams through the transition.
Identify and/or lead process reductions improvements and innovations.
Conduct change readiness assessments and monitor change adoption.
Manage integrated management system (IMS) processes as assigned by the Manager Initiative & Change Management.
