You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailIn your role as Learning & Development Developer you will:
Develop and facilitate learning experiences with agility to deliver business impact and to secure competence needs.
Create animations visual effects and multimedia content to enhance learning engagement.
Responsible for the planning execution and delivery of all animation content from pre-production through production and post-production.
Utilize video editing software and development platforms like Camtasia Articulate Adobe Creative Cloud and Synthesia to create clean professional and visually engaging educational content.
Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and leaders to develop relevant up-to-date learning and development experiences.
Analyze learner data and feedback to continuously improve course effectiveness and engagement.
Ensure that the IKEA values guide the development of learning products which should be recognizable in our inclusive learning design the IKEA identity the cost/price and the learning products ability to last over time.
Qualifications :
You have knowledge and skills in animation visual effects and video production to enhance learning engagement.
You have strong storytelling skills preferably with proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools.
You have knowledge and experience of developing learning experiences in a business context.
You have experience in tools like Adobe Creative Cloud Suite Articulate Storyline Camtasia and Synthesia.
You know how all aspects of a product (content design and illustration) work together and how illustration can be used to strengthen user experience.
You thrive in times of change and you have a broad insight into development and trends in the field of learning and behavior change.
You have strong communication and facilitation skills and you enjoy collaboration and networking with stakeholders.
You probably have a Master or Bachelors degree in Animation Learning & Development (corporate education) or equivalent.
