Job Description
For our client a famous German company with a strong reputation for innovation and excellence we are looking for a talented ABAP Developer to join their dynamic team. Its a 100% remote job and full-time employment
Tasks
- Deliver high-quality SAP ABAP development services with a proven track record of success.
- Develop backend components in the SAP S/4HANA environment
- Implement enhancements using In-App and Side-by-Side extension technologies (BAdIs CDS ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP)).
- Collaborate closely with Cloud and Integration teams to integrate new services.
- Analyze and optimize existing ABAP developments for performance maintainability and compliance with Clean Core principles.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and help shape a modern SAP system landscape in partnership with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4 years of professional experience in ABAP development.
- Expertise in ABAP on Cloud and RESTful Application Programming (RAP) frameworks.
- Proficiency in CDS Views OData services and AMDP development.
- Experience with troubleshooting and performance optimization of ABAP programs.
- Good working knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Strong communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in an Agile/SCRUM-like environment.
- Languages: fluent English; German is an advantage.
