Were growing again and were on the hunt for a new hero to join our team as a Patient Recruitment Associate. This isnt just another job; its a chance to make a real difference in the lives of patients and the future of healthcare.
As a Patient Recruitment Associate you will be at the heart of our operations supporting our global contractors to ensure our patient recruitment and retention programs run smoothly and successfully.
This role is perfect for a highly organized detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with data. You ll spend significant time managing and analysing large datasets spotting trends and presenting your findings to our contractors and clients. Your ability to turn data into a clear story will be crucial.
What youll do:
Support Study Start-Up: Youll help kick off new studies by leading onboarding training for our CEMs preparing for client meetings and developing key study documents.
Manage Day-to-Day Projects: From leading internal team meetings and contributing to client discussions to maintaining study trackers and analysing data youll ensure every project stays on course.
Ensure Quality: Youll review call reports lead team meetings to share best practices and ensure the highest quality of work is delivered providing motivation and support along the way.
Close Out Studies: When a study is complete youll help prepare final reports and analyse the data to assess the overall impact contributing to lessons learned and future recommendations.
This role is based at least 4 days per week from our offices in Letchworth.
A degree or higher in a biological or related science or relevant experience.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills both written and oral.
The ability to multitask prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in patient recruitment clinical research or health communications is a bonus but not essential.
