Job Description
This highly successful business is looking for a Property Manager to join their market leading team within Brisbanes southern suburbs.
Working as a Senior Property Manager or a Property Manager you will oversee a quality clean and tidy portfolio of 130 to 150 properties with admin trust account support and no leasing.
To be successful you will be a Property Manager who is looking for a positive culture and a role you can make your own with support there when you need it. You will be a Property Manager who enjoys doing the job the right way offering both tenant and landlord a quality service with clear and prompt communication.
Requirements
- At least 18 months experience as a Property Manager
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate and Driving License
- Team Focused - Friendly and willing to help others
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Strong with property management procedures and legislation
- Experience managing high net worth landlords / high end properties (preferred but not essential)
- Available full time 38 hours per week (flexible hours are ok)
