The Role & What You Will Be Doing
Every day we rise to the challenge to make a difference and heres how the Senior Product Manager role will make an impact:
- Strategic Planning
- Diagnose and analyze brand market and competitors
- Develop brand/market strategy with specific timelines budgets and stakeholder responsibilities and aligned with global strategy
- Perform Forecasting and Budgeting (Plan Update monthly)
- Use monitoring data to feedback and propose strategic planning/tactics adjustment
- Translate strategy to implementation tactics communicate clearly and allocate responsibilities to cross functional team members
- Manage interaction with sales (MRs/RSMs)
- Orchestrate/manage the process to ensure execution of marketing plan within cross-functional teams (sales and others)
- Ensure timelines are met and financial results are maximized/ optimized
- Maintain quality and work within ethical guidelines set by corporate / division / affiliate / market and class A standards
- Monitor KPIs
- Constantly assess effectiveness and ROI of tactical initiatives implementation
- Monitor competitor activity and strategy (Intelligence and benchmarking)
- Proactively monitor key data to feedback and propose strategic planning/tactics adjustment
- External Customer Development
- Identify key stakeholders at each step of patient flow/product value chain (KOLs physicians patients Government payers health agencies etc)
- Develop and implement plan to build relationship and influence them
- Identify and seize opportunities to align brand and customer goals
- Develop short/long term partnerships to ensure implementation of brand and market strategies
- Optimize customer synergies to develop brand/market advocates
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role were looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications skills and experiences:
- University degree in life sciences
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry out of which at least 3 years experience in marketing / product management roles
- Established opinion leader relationships
- Experience in innovative products
- Excellent computer skills
- Fluent in English
- Service and results oriented
- Excellent listening and communication abilities
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Confidential and trustworthy
- Open and honest
