As the Digital Product Manager youll create value by improving digital experiences for Qantas and Jetstar Hotels & Holidays customers. Your responsibilities will be centred on the servicing and payments stream enhancing our payment and post-booking experiences.
Youll partner with the Senior Product Manager and Tribe Leadership team to define the product roadmap then lead your squads to execute on this. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across the business including Marketing Commercial Customer Operations and Technology.
To be successful in this role you will need strong analytical skills with the ability to dive into multiple information sources to identify pain points and make recommendations. Youll also be a highly motivated self-starter with the capability to deliver on key product initiatives.
