Position Description:
CGI Federal is currently seeking a Program Manager for future projects with prior experience supporting the Social Security Administration (SSA).
***This role will be onsite in Woodlawn MD (no remote). Candidates should reside within 2 hours of Woodlawn MD***
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Activities shall include but are not limited to:
Ensuring the effective management of funds and personnel
Ensuring satisfactory quality and timely delivery of all contractual deliverables
Formulating and enforcing work and quality standards
Assigning contractor schedules reviewing work hours discrepancies and supervising contractor personnel including subcontractors and
Ensuring contractor compliance with all applicable conflicts restrictions and Government Contracting clauses (Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) etc.).
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Possess a bachelors degree (BS/BA) or equivalent with a minimum of twenty years of information technology experience.
- Responsible for contractor resources and the accomplishment of all work assigned under this call order.
- Demonstrate the experience and ability to serve as the contractors overall on-site manager and coordinator for all work activities issues and other contractual obligations relating to this contract.
- Demonstrate the experience and ability to serve as the contractors liaison with the CO the COTR Government management personnel and customer Agency representatives.
- Possess superior oral and written communications skills to convey issues reports and other deliverables clearly and effectively to SSA counterparts.
- Minimum of three years of experience with supporting an Inspector General or law enforcement agency.
Preferred Certification: Security Automated Features and Enhancements (SAFe) Program Consultant Certification
