Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analyticalData Analyst Financial Servicesto support our data infrastructure and reporting needs. This role will focus on managing analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data to drive business insights and operational efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities:

Database Management:

• Maintain and update internal databases to ensure data accuracy integrity and accessibility.
• Develop and implement data validation processes to ensure high-quality data inputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and streamline data collection processes.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and insights that support business decisions.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support forecasting and business planning through data modeling and scenario analysis.
• Assist in preparing quarterly reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Data Governance & Documentation:

• Document data sources definitions and processes to support transparency and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Business Intelligence Support:

• Provide actionable insights to management through data visualization and reporting tools.
• Recommend improvements to data systems and reporting processes.

Skills & Requirements:

• 1 years of experience in data analysis database management or a related field; insurance or financial services experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in MySQL Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with financial concepts and business operations is beneficial.
• Coursework or background in data science statistics business or a related field.
