Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys in all phases of estate and trust litigation from case inception through resolution
  • Draft legal documents and court filings; manage case files and organize supporting documentation
  • Coordinate court dates track deadlines and maintain the litigation calendar
  • Communicate regularly with clients executors trustees and beneficiaries keeping all parties informed
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for client updates and case-related inquiries
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the practice

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department with a focus on estates and trust litigation
  • Proven ability to draft pleadings and related litigation documents
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently and efficiently
  • Bachelors degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
  • Ability to meet a billable target of 1200 hours annually


Salary Range: $100000 $140000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
