We are looking for a Head Chef to join our clients team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the kitchen operations of one of their outlets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen.
- Plan create and update menus in line with the brand s identity.
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
- Monitor and control food costs inventory and waste.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Lead train and motivate the kitchen brigade.
- Maintain a positive and professional working environment.
EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Have at least two years experience in a senior kitchen role within a reputable establishment.
- Be passionate about food and committed to high standards.
- Be a strong leader capable of motivating and managing a team.
- Communicate effectively in English.
- Be reliable flexible and possess a professional attitude.
- Be in possession of a valid work permit to work in Malta and a clean police conduct.
EDUCATION
- Ideally hold a culinary qualification from a recognised institution.
- Hold a Food Handlers License as per government legislation as well as a food preparation certificate.
WORKING TIME
Shift basis: Monday to Sunday - two days off (depending on the roster) 40 hours per week.
