Personal Lines Service Advisor
Job Summary
Looking for a dedicated and professional Personal Lines Service Advisor to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to our personal insurance clients ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of care and professionalism.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50000 - $80000
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality service and advice to personal insurance clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone email and in person.
- Identify client needs and proactively recommend additional products and coverages when appropriate.
- Prepare and present quotes to clients with professionalism and accuracy.
- Assist clients with claims reporting and provide guidance throughout the process.
- Adhere to agency procedures and maintain high underwriting standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Perform basic office tasks including managing incoming mail monitoring agency messages and handling supply orders as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role preferred.
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license is ideal but not required.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Epic software is preferred but experience with other systems is acceptable.
