Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Boca Raton FL (Onsite initially; hybrid after training)
Job Type: Contract Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Duration: 12 months
About the Role:
Seeking a Tier 1 HR Advisor to deliver high volume frontline support for employees and managers across Hire to Retire processes HR policies and HR systems. The role handles calls chats and cases executes transactional updates in Workday and related platforms and meets service levels quality and documentation standards in a fast paced service center environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inquiries via phone chat text and other channels; identify needs research and provide accurate timely solutions.
Perform day to day HR transactions in Workday and related systems; guide users on Workday Kronos and HR tools.
Adhere to SLAs and KPIs; document all interactions thoroughly in the case management system.
Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or HR Service Center Manager as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable laws policies and procedures.
Monitor escalation patterns and recommend process improvements and content updates.
Create/maintain user guides and knowledge articles; support communication and operational efficiency initiatives.
Collaborate professionally across teams; build positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
Clear verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
Understanding of cross functional processes and continuous improvement orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field.
1 2 years in HR HR Operations or call center environment.
Knowledge of Workday (or other HRIS) case management systems and HR portal technology.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Certifications: SHRM IHRIM or Six Sigma a plus.
Work Arrangement
Onsite 100% during training (approximately 3 4 months).
Post training hybrid rotation:
Week 1: 3 remote days (Tue/Wed/Thu)
Week 2: 2 remote days (Tue/Wed or Wed/Thu)
