Product Team Leader Ad tech solutions
About the Role
This position is part of Playtikas centralized Marketing unit which provides innovative technological solutions and tools that support media buying budget management and operational workflows. The team is responsible for developing and maintaining an internal system that includes a robust measurement infrastructure prediction and forecasting tools decision-making logic and user-facing interfaces empowering data-driven marketing excellence at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers to drive the strategic development and execution of marketing technology solutions focusing on Ad Tech challenges in the gaming industry.
- Define and own the product vision roadmap and lifecycle management framework to ensure scalable and impactful product delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering marketing data science and design leadership to align priorities remove obstacles and deliver best-in-class products that optimize ad performance user acquisition and player retention.
- Act as a thought leader in the advertising technology space by identifying emerging trends technologies and best practices and integrating them into team strategies and product plans.
- Serve as a senior liaison for key internal and external stakeholders ensuring consistent communication and alignment on product vision goals KPIs and delivery timelines.
- Oversee data-driven evaluation of product features post-launch guiding the team in using usage metrics experimentation and analysis to optimize product outcomes and business impact.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement innovation and accountability within the product team.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in product management including 1 years in a leadership or team lead role preferably in advertising technology marketing platforms or gaming.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems performance marketing and user acquisition strategies ideally within the gaming sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing product teams with a proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver complex solutions.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-informed decision-making approach.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate support and influence team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional communication skillsboth written and verbalwith the ability to present complex product concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Advantage: Experience with AI-driven solutions especially in areas such as automated optimization forecasting models or personalization engines.
