Job Description
- Lead end-to-end product design activities from discovery to final delivery.
- Collaborate directly with clients and cross-functional teams to align design outcomes with business goals.
- Conduct UX QA and ensure design quality across all deliverables.
- Create user flows wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Act as a design advocate guiding stakeholders and teammates through the design process.
- Provide strategic input to help shape the product roadmap and vision.
- Manage all design work within Blends Figma account leveraging JIRA and VDI access for project collaboration.
Qualifications :
- 58 years of professional experience in product design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma required) and design systems.
- Strong knowledge of UX principles design thinking UI patterns and accessibility standards.
- Experience working with or alongside data products AI/ML models or analytics dashboards is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as the sole designer on a project while guiding product direction.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present design decisions effectively to clients.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced ambiguous environments with a proactive mindset.
- Consulting or agency experience is a plus.

You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team

Minimum 5 years of relevant product design experience.
