Client Growth Manager
Your role in a nutshell
We are looking for a Client Growth Manager to join this powerful team on a parental leave cover for 12 this role you will play a crucial part in WPP Media Solutions engagement with key clients acting as a core agency-facing contact and a key enabler of growth. You will contribute to new business growth product innovation Solutions GtM strategies and collaborative excellence. This role involves actively supporting client pitches agency & Solutions enablement and evangelising omni-channel strategic direction WPP Media Solutions.
You will work closely with agency teams WPP Media and WPP Media Solutions and specifically the Growth Lead to drive new business and expansion with existing clients through the strategic deployment of WPP Media Solutions capabilities. This includes contributing to iterative product innovation assisting with product marketing efforts and fostering integration with WPP Open Intelligence for insight-led solutions.
You will partner with the Client Development leads GM of Partnership Data & Platforms and the leads across Strategy & Planning at Wavemaker Essencemediacom & Mindshare. Your impact will be measured by contributions to new business wins GtM collateral creation and strategic roll-out product adoption product innovation and cultural influence.
Some Key Responsibilities
Agency & New Business Growth Enablement you will play an active and strategic role in supporting and contributing to agency new business pitches and digital transformation projects. You will drive and track total agency use of WPP Media Solutions including proprietary media commerce and tech solutions.
Product Innovation & Iteration youll collaborate closely with the Growth Lead to iterate on existing products and identify whitespace for innovation. You will create feedback loop between market shifts and the product roadmap contributing to ensure our offerings stay at the forefront of the industry and contribute to shaping future products and services that meet evolving market demands and support agency transformation.
Product Marketing & Brand Visibility you will collaborate with WPP Media Solutions and Centralised marketing teams/Heads of Solution to assist with internal and external product marketing from enablement materials to go-to-market addition this role will contribute to the creation and submission of case studies and award entries that showcase the power and innovation of WPP Media Solutions.
Cultural Leadership - we are looking for you to act as a cultural anchor fostering collaboration curiosity and ambition among team members.
Enablement of WPP Open Intelligence Integration - supporting the leverage of WPP Open Intelligence to enhance client solutions through richer insights performance analytics and competitive intelligence as well as promoting the use of Open Intelligence in client pitches innovation projects and consultative strategy development under the guidance of the Growth Lead.
Evangelism & Education as our Client Growth Manager you will be able to contribute to inspiring and educating agencies and clients about WPP Media Solutions Omni-channel Solutions through compelling storytelling and structured enablement.
Strategic Collaboration & Consultative Sales - you will help to identifying developing and executing demand strategies that lead to innovative scalable and commercially valuable solutions. You will also assist in delivering clear persuasive proposals and commercial strategies that win senior client and agency stakeholder support.
