Growth Lead / Marketing Lead

We focus on transparent and verifiable ratings: no fake reviews no manipulations.
Currently in pre-launch stage with the official launch planned in 5-7 weeks.

Role: Growth Lead / Marketing Lead
Were looking for a driven and autonomous leader who will take ownership of the projects growth.
Ideally you will personally manage one key marketing channel (paid traffic or short-form video) while leveraging contractors for all others.
Responsibilities

Own the results of integrated marketing campaigns

Personally run one major channel (paid traffic or short-form video)

Manage other channels through contractors

Test hypotheses launch A/B tests and systematically improve metrics (CAC CR LTV)

Work with contractors: briefing supervision performance evaluation
Requirements
Must-have:
-
Proven experience managing marketing channels at a high level:
-
Paid traffic (Meta Google) ideally in crypto or betting verticals
-
Short-form video promotion (Reels/Shorts) including briefing/evaluating external scripts and creatives

Attribution and analytics with minimal user data
-
A/B testing landing pages systematic growth of key metrics (CAC CR LTV)

Strong soft skills: drive initiative autonomy structured thinking ability to test and learn quickly
Nice-to-have:

Background in crypto / exchanges / P2P / CEX

Familiarity with social media content and SEO
