SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and ensures efficient coordination of day-to-day operations. This role includes managing schedules preparing documents assisting with communications and meetings and supporting departmental functions with professionalism and discretion. The Executive Assistant may also serve as a liaison with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the COO.
