We are seeking a detail-oriented ERP & Office Support Specialist to provide administrative procurement and data management support in a DoD environment.


Responsibilities

Accurately enter update and maintain data in spreadsheets internal databases and the ERP system.


Process requisitions accounting entries and procurement data within the ERP system.


Prepare and maintain compliance documentation.


Create new files and update existing records with precise up-to-date information.


Track order statuses assist with receiving and verify incoming items against purchase orders.


Prepare documentation ensuring data accuracy and consistency.


Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient and timely workflow.


Monitor key deadlines sending reminders to keep tasks on schedule.


Support preparation of internal documentation packages ensuring proper routing and timely submission.


Assist with office management tasks including reconciling documentation and resolving inventory discrepancies.


Monitor supply levels and submit reorder requests as needed.


Greet and sign in visitors escorting them to the appropriate contact or location.


Assist in monitoring facility maintenance activities.


Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications & Education Requirements and Desired Skillsets

Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management Procurement or a related field preferred


Minimum of 2 years administrative support experience in a DoD environment preferred.


Strong verbal and written communication skills.


Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe products.


Physical Description

Employees in these roles will operate in a typical office setting utilizing standard office equipment such as computers phones printers and video conferencing tools. Their tasks will involve regular use of computer software interaction with diverse personnel participation in meetings and contributing to the teams objectives by delivering timely outcomes and generating reports. Key responsibilities include effectively receiving and conveying information with the possibility of occasional telework. Employees may be required to work flexible shifts and hours to meet organizational needs and business demands and occasional travel may be necessary to support assigned tasks.
