Our market-leading client is seeking a skilled and ambitious Property Sales Lister to join their established and successful residential estate agency in the Brighton area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable brand with a strong local presence and loyal client base.

Youll be a seasoned Estate Agency Sales Negotiator ready to take the next step in your career. You should have a proven track record in selling property winning new instructions and delivering exceptional service. Local knowledge of the Brighton area will be a distinct advantage.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generating and winning new property listings
• Conducting valuations and winning instructions
• Negotiating property sales and progressing deals
• Maintaining excellent relationships with vendors and buyers
• Providing first-class levels of customer service
• Representing the agency professionally and confidently
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience as a residential estate agent
• Proven sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to win new business and secure instructions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional well-presented and motivated
• Good knowledge of the Brighton property market (advantageous)
• Strong telephone manner and positive attitude
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential
