Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in providing strong leadership and guidance to store staff including and other team members.
- Foster a positive and motivated work environment encouraging teamwork and promoting a customer-centric culture.
- Prioritise exceptional customer service and lead by example and train staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing inventory including stock levels restocking and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate in facilitating training sessions for new hires and ongoing development programs for store staff.
- Work with the Store Manager to ensure compliance with company policies procedures and operational guidelines.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a fashion retail management or leadership role
- Exceptional selling skills with a strong understanding of customer service we dont just sell we create long-lasting experiences!
- Ability to meet & drive Sales & KPIs
- Operationally excellent and experienced with stock control and visual merchandising
- A natural ability to influence coach and develop the team at an individual level
- An adaptable attitude to an ever-changing and growing retail environment
