BluePearl Veterinary Partners is hiring for a responsible and dependable Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Midtown Manhattan NY!
Pay: $26.50 - $35.00 / hour
As a Facilities Coordinator you will:
Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping mopping dusting and polishing.
Empty and clean trash containers; dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.
Remove and wash soiled laundry and keeps clean laundry stocked.
Ensure all interior and exterior areas are cared for and inspected according to standards.
Operate mechanized cleaning equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
Notify superiors on any damages deficits and disturbances.
Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.
Qualifications:
High school or GED preferred.
Previous business housekeeping experience preferred.
Ability to work in a busy environment and proactively identify tasks required to ensure hospital cleanliness.
Demonstrated calm demeanor.
Basic communication skills.
