About the role

As our Senior Media Manager you will:

  • Develop and implement media strategies and plans in collaboration with internal marketing teams and media partners.

  • Manage the annual and quarterly planning cycle ensuring timely delivery of all milestones.

  • Serve as the operational lead and main point of contact for day-to-day agency management.

  • Coordinate and review cross-channel media and audience plans for product launches and marketing campaigns.

  • Optimize media investment and channel mix using planning and analysis tools.

  • Identify new areas for testing and work with Digital Marketing and Business Intelligence teams to follow frameworks and attribution models.

  • Provide regular strategic reviews and updates on media innovations technology developments and measurement trends.

  • Support category and digital marketing teams in optimizing integrated plans enhancing value and efficiency.

  • Drive audience planning connecting audience insights to agency planning tools and integrating owner data.

  • Establish strong relationships with Commercial teams and the CoE to identify common opportunities and challenges.

About you

To succeed in the role we expect you to have:

  • At least six years of media planning experience in an agency or in-house client role.

  • Proficiency in planning and buying across key media channels (TV Print OOH Programmatic Display & Video Social & Search).

  • Ability to interrogate and ensure local market plans meet brand and demand objectives.

  • Experience in media analysis and interpretation of planning tools and results including data-driven attribution and media-mix modelling.

  • Strong expertise in media and audience planning creative development and ad operations processes.

  • Ability to recommend strategic opportunities and innovations staying ahead of trends.

  • Highly organized process-driven with great attention to detail.

  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.

  • Excellent project management skills and ability to build relationships across functions and with multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
