How Youll Make an Impact
Lead manufacturing projects from concept through completion.
Coordinate with design production quality and supply chain teams.
Develop project schedules and manage timelines and budgets.
Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
Support automation and technology upgrades in production.
Collaborate on quality assurance and compliance initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
Manage capital equipment investments and commissioning.
Your Background
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Industrial Manufacturing or related).
Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Experience in manufacturing project management.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality control.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
